En el alba del 22 de febrero el huracán Fávio localizó Mozambique, mientras fustigando con la intensidad especial los Vilankulos dividen en zonas, condado de Inhambane dónde los C.C.P. intervienen con los programas de Desarrollo, mientras apoyando 8 comunidades rurales.
